Briggs Law has considerable experience working in in the arts sector with artists and arts’ organisations, particularly in regional areas.

Julie Briggs lectured in law for the Creative Industries at Charles Sturt University for 5 years and is currently Chair of Regional Arts NSW and sits on the Board of Regional Arts Australia. She has prepared contract documentation for performing and visual arts events, provided advice on arrangements for service delivery and reviewed procurement and investment procedures. She has also prepared policy documents and procedures for arts organisations.

Georgia Briggs has lectured and tutored in law for the Creative Industries. She has worked with the creative industries to support and promote their work.
